It was a quiet morning in the weavers' colonies of Coimbatore in 2010 when ROKEA was born. We saw more than
just silk; we saw the history of families, the rhythm of looms that had been singing the same song for
centuries.
Every ROKEA saree starts months before it reaches our boutique. It begins with the careful selection of
mulberry silk and the pure gold zari of Kanchipuram. We work directly with master weavers, ensuring that the
'Handloom Mark' is not just a certification, but a promise of authenticity.
